Biography
 

Born in Berlin,

-	Radio-Television Engineer and Radioamateur since 1978
-	certified Communication Engineer 1984
-	basic qualification in education pedagogics IHK-Berlin 1984
-	Chief Radio-Television Engineer 1988

After job training he worked one year in the field and the next four years he repaired radio-, television- and videoequipment for Nordmende company. There he was assigned with customer support, spare part coordination, inhouse-exhibitions and achieved a good reputation as Service Manager for Berlin. In 1984, he joined the Image Processing Department of Heinrich-Hertz-Institut Berlin involved in research for imageprocessing (HDTV), hardwaredesign and development, hard- and software testbeds, IT-Support and various service areas of activity. Currently he is member of a team successfully building up a synchronized multiprojection.
