Residual Coding of an 8x8 Luma block (not for intra).

Returns:
coefficient cost
Parameters:
currMB Current Macroblock to be coded
block8x8 block number of 8x8 block
p_dir prediction direction
list_mode list0 prediction mode (1-7, 0=DIRECT)
ref_idx reference pictures for each list
